Customized Travel Designing

My passionate love for Italy began twelve years ago, the moment I arrived in Florence for a semester abroad. I dragged my suitcases up 90 stairs to a small attic apartment overlooking Piazza Santa Croce. After one look from the terrace, I left the bags behind and stepped into the golden September sun. I wandered through winding streets until I found a busy trattoria, where I lingered over paper-thin prosciutto, salty pecorino, ripe figs, and a carafe of house wine. As I watched the world go by, I felt something shift—an unexpected sense of belonging. I didn’t know it then, but that day was the start of a lifelong love.
Now, I live in Rome, where I curate unforgettable trips across Italy—designed to make people fall in love with this country just as I did. From world-class museums and iconic monuments to intimate wineries, hidden restaurants, and even the kitchen of a local’s home, I offer immersive, hands-on experiences that create deep, lasting connections with Italy’s people, food, and traditions.

On-Demand Wine Advice

Navigating a wine list, or a wine shop, can be challenging. A lot of people know what wines they enjoy drinking, but finding that wine isn’t always easy.

Based on your location, budget and taste preferences, we can help you find wine that will suit your palate and your wallet.

Text us what the occasion is - a friend’s party, family gathering, or just a simple dinner at home and we’ll suggest a suitable bottle. You can also send us a photo of a restaurant wine list or bottles on the shelf of a wine shop and we’ll help you make a good decision.

Monthly Wine Picks

Every month we’ll send you a newsletter detailing 5 new wines to try and where to buy them. Most of the time our suggestions will be artisanal wines, with European descent- think Italian, French, Spanish and Greek. We love these types of wines because they represent a sense of place and have the ability to transport you to the land. We’ll suggest everything from sparkling, white and orange, to red and rosé, all at affordable price points, with the exception of one “splurge” wine.

Recipes & Food Pairings

As a team who loves to cook and eat, we value food just as much as wine. It’s nourishing to the soul and a great tool to bring people together. There’s nothing we love more than sitting down to a hearty meal accompanied by a delicious bottle of wine.

We’ve eaten and sipped our way throughout Europe: the cafes of France, the trattorias of Italy, the tapas bars of Spain, the tavernas of Greece. We’ve come back with our favorite producers, wines, and foods to match. With every wine we recommend, we’ll suggest a favorite food pairing, often with a recipe in the event you’d like to make it yourself.
